Return & Refund Policy

• We offer a full refund for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
• You can request an exchange within 14 days (e.g. for a different size).
• To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original packaging.

Refunds are issued via bank transfer or Vodafone Cash.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached.
• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
